Brandon and Kristina's Wedding

It's the middle of the year and we are committed to posting every experience here on our blog.  We're in the middle of our wedding season and have had been a part many awesome weddings this year!  Here is our latest where we finally get to showcase our drone!  We enjoy shooting drone footage so much that we are including it free in all of our 2014 packages and any 2015 packages booked this year!

It was a bright day at Swan Trail Farms, Kristina & Brandon's wedding venue. One of our videographers was amazed by the trees with tasty green apples surrounding the area. I was more interested by the cattail plants covering the edge of a pond where an alligator lives, at least that's what Brandon's dad said. We scouted the area to get a feel of the place, and soon the empty venue filled up as the wedding party arrived.
We were a little worried about rainfall during Kristina & Brandon's ceremony, but the entire wedding went off perfectly. After the ceremony, there were so many family and friends present that the one bridge that goes across the little river was bottle-necked for a bit. It didn't take long until everyone got to the super amazing buffet dinner (Mmm...crab cakes).
As night came upon us, so did the dancing. Young and old, they danced, hard. The DJ played popular songs from recent times, and surely blew some minds and melted faces as he seamlessly mixed older songs in. The wedding photographer, Bailey Stenson, danced around the crowd while taking photographs. The garter toss and the bouquet toss melded into the dance so well that the dance seemed like it never paused at all.

Prying themselves from the dance, the attendants gathered at the entrance with sparklers and glow sticks. We positioned ourselves at the heart of it all, waiting for the couple as the others began to chant about “The Birghmeisters”. Eventually, Kristina & Brandon walked down a hall composed of people who cared for them, into a car, and off to their new life together.

Did you get any pictures of the wedding from the drone or the wedding party while seated?

Ah sorry for the late reply Corina! We actually did not fly the drone during the ceremony as it would cause too much noise and we did not want to disturb the moment.
